While the topic of neurodivergence is on the rise, it still remains a niche subject in terms of resources available to the public at large.

How can we create a website that offers resources which promotes an inclusive workplace for neurotypical and neurodiverse workforce?

What are the industry trends for information websites about neurodiversity?

Who are the users?

What is the primary and secondary target audience?

What are their preferred media when consuming information online?

How will users interact with the website?

Why will they prefer to use our website instead of competitors?

Business Analysis

Survey

  • Two types of surveys with 18 questions each were developed.
    One survey was directed to neurotypcal and another for neurodiverse individuals.

  • The audience received both surveys, and they were asked to fill the one they identified with.

Interviews

  • 6 one-to-one interviews were conducted- 3 neurotypical, 3 neurodiverse individuals.

  • 2 interviews with subject specialist (Psychologists).

  • 15 questions were elaborated for each group

  • Interviews were conducted in person and via video call, and via email.

  • Similar replies were highlighted to identify behavior patterns.
